個人簡介：碩士研究生導師，從事本科教學20餘年，曾獲評學生最受歡迎教師、2次獲得本科教學校長獎、太阳集团app首页本科課程教學競賽理工醫組一等獎。廣東省精品在線課程《組織學與胚胎學》主要承擔者，課程在中國大學MOOC上線，廣東省一流線上線下混合式課程負責人。承擔校級以上教改項目20項，累計發表教育相關SCI/SSCI/EI收錄第一/共一/通訊作者文章9篇，參與發表SCI教育論文4篇。作為副主編參編人衛版教材1本（2017年人衛社好書獎），參編教材6本，累計指導大學生創新創業活動十餘項，7次獲得省級、國家級學生創新創業項目立項，近5年3次晉升國賽。作為“混合式教學發展促進會”負責人，多次邀請美加知名教育期刊主編、香港大學、澳門科技大學的教授給學院教師進行教學研究方面的講座、培訓和workshop。科研方向為骨骼發育的調控機制；承擔科研項目共12項，包括國家自然科學基金1項，廣東省自然科學基金4項，衛生廳項目3項等；發表SCI科研論文40餘篇，其中第一/共一/通訊作者17篇。
