研究方向：

以下為本課題組的重點研究方向：

（1）γδ T細胞在抗腫瘤中的分子機制，重點關注代謝調控，自噬，鐵死亡等方向。

（2）腫瘤微環境對免疫細胞特别是γδ T細胞功能編輯的單細胞圖譜與分子機制。

（3）納米材料在腫瘤免疫中的作用機制及應用，主要研究納米材料的免疫學正調效應、機制及應用。

個人簡介：

本人近年來主要從事γδ T 細胞的抗腫瘤臨床與基礎研究。前期參與了将健康人來源的異體γδ T 細胞應用于晚期惡性腫瘤的臨床治療研究，在國際上率先證明了異體γδ T細胞的臨床安全性，并證明其在肝癌及肺癌中具有臨床療效（CTM, 2022共同一作，共同通訊作者；JITC, 2019；CMI，2020，共同作者)。并通過體外和小鼠乳腺癌治療模型探讨了通過調控γδ T細胞代謝變化影響乳腺腫瘤治療效果的可能 (Biomaterials, 2019，共同一作排第一)。同時對腫瘤微環境對γδ T細胞死亡途徑，代謝及效應功能的影響進行了充分的調研及研究  (Front. Immunol., 2022，共同一作；Front. Immunol., 2021，共同通訊)。

本人對大學教師的理解是其不僅要具備良好的科研素質，更為關鍵的是要做好教學及研究生指導這門良心活，真正為國家和社會培養未來的建設人才。故科研，教學及研究生（本科生）科研培訓是我個人工作的三大闆塊，力求做到平衡兼顧。
